Remove Unwanted Facial Hair

By

Introduction

Facial hair is a common sight on many men, but most women don't wish to see dark, thick hairs growing on any area of the face. Whilst this is not considered something females usually have, it is in fact quite a common problem for many women across the world - many of which seek ways to remove unwanted facial hair.

Facial hair can grow on just about any area of the face, including unwanted chin hair, lip hair and cheek hair. The good news is that there are a number of hair removal options available to suit all budgets, both temporary and semi-permanent.

If you want to get rid of that unwanted hair then here is a quick guide to the various methods available and the pros and cons of each.

Covering it Up

Your first method is not to remove unwanted facial hair, but simply to cover it up as a way to solve the problem.

Bleaching:This is one method that can make the hair on your face look lighter as a way of making it unnoticeable to most people. You must make sure you use the right amount of bleach and follow the instructions carefully. You'll also have to bleach your hair again in future.

Make-Up: This is another option, simply to cover up the hair using make-up. Foundation can do the job, but it depends on how much hair you have in the area.

Hair Removal

If you'd rather remove unwanted facial hair instead of just covering it up then there are a few different options available to you.

Depilatories: These are creams that dissolve the hair and make it come off. They can get rid of hair on just about any area of the body, however you'll have to use these creams frequently.

Tweezing:You can pluck your unwanted hair by using tweezers. Many women use tweezers as a way of getting rid of unwanted hair around the eyebrows. They can also be used on areas of the face, so long as it isn't too painful.

Shaving: Many women use their razor on their face as well as on their legs and under the arms. Be careful not to nick your face, and also remember that hair grows back very quickly when you shave.

Conclusion

These methods to remove unwanted facial hair are all temporary. If you need a more permanent option then try electrolysis or reading some laser hair removal information - just see my other hubs for more information.
